These terms govern your use of this website and any freelance web development services offered by Armin ("I", "me"). By browsing this site or engaging me for a project, you agree to these terms.
I provide website design and development services, including business websites, WordPress sites, landing pages, website redesigns and e-commerce stores. The scope, timeline and cost of any project are agreed with each client individually before work begins.
Specific project terms, including payment schedules, revisions and delivery timelines, are confirmed directly with each client (for example via a proposal, invoice or messaged agreement) before a project starts. These terms apply in addition to that agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to the client upon full payment. I may retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.
This website and its content are provided as-is. While I take care to keep information accurate and the site available, I do not guarantee uninterrupted access and am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
